Albert Howard II5 StarDerk and Cory were great to work with. Derk did a very thorough inspection on my new home. Derk even helped with my blue tape inspection. He pointed out things I would never have known to look for. The inspection was provided to the builder and the builder had to make numerous repairs. The inspection report saved me thousands of dollars.
